Sunshine International Financial Building


Sunshine insurance financial center project is located in the core business district of Beijing. It is one of the first batch of projects constructed by Beijing CBD. The project is located on plot z2a on the Third Ring Road, south of the new site of CCTV, and will become a new landmark project on Beijing skyline. The basement 3-5 is the garage logistics room and equipment room. On the top of the podium, there is an antique quadrangle club on the top of the podium. The f39-f44 on the top of the tower is shaped as a sphere, which functions as a multi-functional club for enterprises, including fitness and fitness swimming, enterprise display, high-end guest rooms, restaurants and bars, roof garden, etc. According to the guideline requirements of CBD core area management committee, the first floor of sunshine plot is 7 meters high, B1 floor is 8.85 meters high, and B2 floor is 5 meters high. This is for the convenience of corridor connection with surrounding plot on F2 floor, pedestrian street connection of B1, and garage traffic connection of B2.
