The future science and technology city is located in the east of Changping District, Beijing. It extends to the west of Shunyu Road, the east of Jingcheng expressway, the boundary of Changping District, the south of Guihua 28 Road, and the west of the east boundary of the central group of Qijia town. The total planning area of the park is about 10 square kilometers, which determines that it is not a single building or small urban unit project, but the design and operation of a new city. At the beginning of the planning, the design team made it clear that this should not be a simple model of a traditional industrial city, but a new city construction with complex functions and friendly environment. Under the guidance of this theme, the plan studies the three urban activities of work, residence and recreation, and establishes a sharing platform for the enterprises entering the science and Technology City in the future. The process of urban construction is the process of man-made nature. In this process, we have experienced and also experienced the merciless transformation of the natural environment. However, since the concept of sustainable development was first proposed in 1987, the research on the relationship between city and environment has been gradually strengthened in the field of architecture and planning. In this project, the urban green network with a wider scale is taken as the basis of research, the existing natural elements are preserved and protected, and the planning and optimization are carried out to perfect the scientific landscape structure system of patch corridor matrix. In the project with an area of 10 square kilometers, the core green space covering an area of 3.38 square kilometers is planned in combination with the natural water channel of Wenyu River, and the supporting public service facilities of the park are constructed in combination with the landscape, so that the landscape is not only for the view, but also for the use, becoming a harmonious and symbiotic future science and technology city.
