Beijing business center is located in Chaoyang District in the east of Beijing city. It starts from Dongdaqiao road in the west, West Dawang road in the East, Tonghui River in the South and Chaoyang Road in the north. The total land area is about 4 square kilometers. The core area of Wuhuan Road Beijing business center is located at the core of CBD. It starts from the Third Ring Road in the East, knitting road in the East, Jianguo Road in the South and Guanghua Road in the north, covering an area of about 30 hectares.

The central green space in the CBD core area is located in the center on the west side of the circular CBD ecological green axis, connecting CCTV performance center in the north and Tonghui River in the south. Three beautiful parks will be built in CBD east expansion area, which will be connected by ring green axis, and the integration of the whole CBD area will be realized at the same time. The horizontal green axis in the core area extends to the World Trade Street in the West and Wanda Square in the East. It inherits the existing CBD urban context, plans to be located in the south of the South Road of the printing factory of the Ministry of railways, and continues the green axis texture in the south of Jinghui street.

It is planned to open the landscape corridor in the north and south, continue the landscape corridor in the East and the west, give way to the open space, connect the junction node with the Central Park, and integrate with the subway business. The landmark super high-rise of the core area is built in the plot to form a visual center.
