Project Description:

The main building is located on the north side of the plot. It accommodates the functions of planning hall, museum, library, art gallery, exhibition hall, gymnasium, government service center, conference center and so on with the novel centralized building volume. The south plot is positioned as a business office function, which will inject economic vitality into the urban development in the future. The design of the central axis landscape belt in the south plot is lively and interesting, which enhances the importance of the main building in the north plot spatially. The design of the north and south plot is unified, which echoes with the Beizhou Lake Park across the street on the north side of the site in a low-key but powerful way. A number of landscape corridors and green belts have been designed in the plot for citizens to relax themselves and provide them with a rich spiritual and cultural life.
